So how are you doing with your exercise routine? I haven't been doing well since I have been sick. I am really exhausted and the weather has been so crummy. I would much rather walk outside than to a dvd. So I haven't been doing much of anything the past week. I have been getting lots of sleep, especially napping every day on top of 8 hours of nightly sleep. That tells me right there that I am not feeling my best. I have insomnia, so falling asleep is hard and staying asleep even harder. No problem with that lately!
I am hoping that by Tuesday we have better weather and I feel well enough to walk outside or do a dvd. I also need to do my resistance band workout with Coach Nicole tomorrow.
So I can truly say I am not over exercising!! I am resting my body, so when I do get back to regular exercise I can maintain a regular schedule of walking and strength training.
What about you? Do you exercise when you are sick? Do you over exercise and then over eat? Or are you one that can maintain good exercise habits routinely?
