In 10 weeks --- at the end of this Biggest Loser Challenge---

I feel:
-More Confident
-Less Stressed

I have worked hard for these things, but every ounce of sweat and positive thought has turned into progress in my weight loss journey.

Not only am I losing the unhealthy lifestyle I use to have, but I am losing inches and feeling GREAT!

In the long run, it doesn't matter if you lost 10 pounds or 20... you did what you had to do in order to fight the self-doubt and the glares at the gym. You worked hard and thought about each bite of food that passed your lips.

Now, summer will be amazing. You have so much more energy to enjoy the warm months with Heather and you are excited to be active with her.

Camping in the back yard? Heck yeah!
Going to the public beach? Why not?
Walk to the school playground? No second thoughts!

Life is so much better when you are living healthy. Enjoy life and be proud of your accomplishments!!
