Where to start?

My life has been completely chaotic lately, so it's no surprise that I am finding myself right back at my highest weight ever.
I have been in a holding pattern for a while, but due to a recent work injury (a 10ft ladder fell and landed on my head, went to ER for scalp laceration and got 5 staples in my head) I was put on a medication that caused me to gain weight. So not only did I gain about 10 pounds in 2 weeks, I also have a problem with my hip. I am waiting to hear about physical therapy yet (for hip and neck pain) so hopefully I can start fixing that issue soon.
I just feel like it has been one thing after another lately. My husbands father passed away in January on my husbands birthday which has been a huge set back. Then we found out after taking the dog to the vet that he has lymes disease so we have been treating him for that. Then the work injury happened and also just last week our basement flooded. All this has me at my wits end trying to stay on track with my fitness.
I am going grocery shopping today for some healthy food though, so I am going to jump back on the bandwagon and try again. Just hope I can get through anything else bad that happens as I really want to be healthy.
Well, and not only just be healthy, I want to start a family with my husband. We have been trying for a baby since we got married and it has been a year without anything. Makes me feel horrible.
