MY MINI GOALS FOR THIS WEEK:
1. Eliminate sugar and refined carbs (bread, pasta, white flour products) from means
2. Keep moving as much as possible start small and get bigger gradually to not get discouraged
3. Track and Scale Measure everything I put in my mouth.
I I can do the above for this week that is a lot for me.
