The Shred--Cycle 2 Week 1

Well this week was pretty good. I still did not motivate myself to do much in the way of exercise. I had the big food party last Sunday, not sure what that will do to my week, but food wise, I believe I did pretty well. I do not think I did as well as I did for Cycle 1.

Instead of trying to improve during Cycle 2, I found myself more "going through the motions". Maybe I should have taken a week off. But I really want to do a full 6 week cycle again. I am starting to see results. I just need to focus on what I need to do.

Tomorrow's weigh in will tell part of the story. Last Friday I wore the 2 sizes smaller jeans and they were not tight. So even if the scale is not encouraging me, my clothing is!
