gym day

Today was my gym day, and I did again a full body weight training workout. I made new records in bench press and stationary smith machine lunge. There were so many people in the beginning that all the machines I had planned to use were taken and I found myself very irrritated, but thank goodness my mood improved after a while.

We made a protein smoothie afterwards and I took my dog to a leasurely 20 minutes walk.

I have been in a terrible mood in general for a while now, I wish I would be able to find inner peace and calm. I sort of have an idea what that would take and what I would need to do but I am hesitant for some reason... I wouldn't want yet another change in my life, I crave for normalcy and just being....

Heck, at least I am exercising and all that while I am waiting myself to be ready for taking steps, and I am moving forward on other areas of my life. I am positive there will be time for moving forward in that area too...
