Week 2 down...Week 3 here I come

Good Morning all! I had another mixed week. For the most part of the week my eating habits were good. My workouts on the other hands were zero.....I need to improve this week on that. I'm sure many of you are going through the same or similar issues as me. For my my life continues to be a huge challenge to balance everything. I have been behind on homework....I'm a family man, I try to make it to all my kids stuff as I hate to miss anything. I'm also almost 40 who also goes to school full time online. I also work 50-60 hours for my job and some weeks even more. The key for my success on this healthier journey is to balance all this by incorporating small changes that will become life changing steps. I know I can do it and will do it!!
