Last Weigh in 5%

Well here it is already--- last weigh in---
I did not reach my 5%- but I did lose during this time-- they say little by little, step by step is also good!!! However, the most important of all I was in the den with lots of great teddies, some old friend, lots of new ones. The support and love was felt during the whole process. had fun, learned a lot and laughed during this process.
Thanks to all my Teddies and all the spark friends.
I hope to be back again, just "hibernating" , getting ready for the next take off and the great places once again!!

    Fellow teddy, glad you lost and like me you see the value of the effort even with out the # on the scale...but i did loose average of a pound a week which is the most I have ever done over concentrated effort like this. I will not be in next challenge but hope to return in fall ... on to working hard at the physical aspects of moving this body more and beneficially for the health issues I have.     The Teddies are awesome....I was a Teddy but left it too latre to join the team last challenge....I was put in the cloverleafs team and am really enjoying it....

    I did my 5% fact I reached 9% which I am stoked with as this is the first challenge that i have lost anything....I usually gain 5%.....

    Look forward to the next challenge.....woohoo

    Congrats! I lost 4 pounds over the goal. I am not quite sure how, but I will take it. Yes, little by little that is what is important!!!!

    I just started week one and can see it will be difficult. I'm mending an ache in my leg today, hopefully it will get better so I can exercise. I hope to stay within calorie today. I'm sorry yours didnt workout totally but I'm sure you took away some good aspects from it. emoticon

    I didn't succeed either. In fact, I've been in many (7-8) and never have. I travel too much, but I enjoy the challenges. And I exercise a lot to help the team out. I'm a Shooting Star.
