e struggle....good day.....struggle

Friday, April 19, 2013

SO I totally bailed on the challenge, makes me sad.....ive had some good meals this week and then end everyday with binge eating.....I don't know what to do. I feel something changing inside me today and I'm hoping its Gods strength that ive been praying for, I did good today so far....im about to eat dinner and if I can make it this ONE night without binge eating I think I can get this weight loss going again. Also I only had one 20 oz diet pepsi today and that is HUGE because Ive been drinking like two and three of those a day and then as soon as im off work Ive been getting a 44 ouncer!
But this is just a little update that I think I'm about to have my first entire GOOD totally on track day in a long long LONG time! I will get back on my video blogs eventually I promise!

I am so sorry you are struggling, but at least you are still trying and that is half the battle! I had my first great day yesterday, ate under 1500 calories, and I'm working to make today a great day. If we could just have one GREAT week, (one day at a time) we will feel so much more in control. We can do this! I am still hovering around 220 and it's unacceptable, we gotta get this show on the road. I know we aren't happy where we are and we gotta get moving. emoticon emoticon

The title of your blog pretty much sums up my week!!

I don't binge eat much, but give me some Cheetos...

I hope your day ended well.
