I started SP on April 18th. This is my second day and I am feeling pretty darn good. Going to workout later today. I have the Wii and several fitness games now I just need to hook it up and get to moving to it also. I have been doing water workouts so there is less stress on my body. And I have to say after 3 1/2 years of not doing anything it feels wonderful!!!

Did my workout and did it for 1 hour and 10 min. Very proud of myself and going back at it tomorrow morning.
