We do not need to be important Do not have to make a name for our self Be rich The things we do can spread a spark to others and they to others and a fire for Gods is started The love we show The care we give compassion we give the light we spread all for God We are his hands and feet We are his to use to do his work We all meet people that do that They are special people and teach us much I found a few in my life .Let us all grow to do Gods work What he puts in our path to do .Take care my friends in Christ

Great blog Sandra. If we don't put God first and share Him with other, we are nothing. We don't need to be important, just sincere.

Sometimes if we think we are someone important, it is only in our own eyes and not the eyes of God. Do what He has called us to do and then we get recognition from Him for a job well done!

I agree. Sometimes a person spends most of their life encouraging and nuturing and helping and sharing what they have with after day after day...that too is greatness. I love a quote that impressed me while I was a teenager that I often recall: "The majority of mankind worry themselves into nameless graves, while every now and there, some great unselfish soul forgets himself into immortality". Glory to GOD and our Example Jesus, Who forgot Himself right unto the act of giving His own life so we may be saved.
