Falling off the wagon

I will work out and eat well and feel great. Then something always gets in my way and I go back to overeating and gain the weight back. I can't keep doing this, it is very discouraging. I need to find a way to get back on track right away, instead of continuing my overeating.

    the only way to prevent life from getting in the way is to plan ahead....plan and prepare your meals in advance, plan the time your going to work out, plan time for relaxation. Plan it, do it, be successful and feel good.

    Just recognizing the pattern is a step in the right direction. I, too, fall off the wagon. It's part of the journey. For me, starting with a small maintainable change is key. Try not to wallow in the negative or disappointment. Treat yourself as you would a friend...with compassion and encouragement.

    On thing I would suggest is: Keep collecting Spark Friends like candy!! It is calorie free and they always give you something to "chew on"!!

    You can just "friend" need to ask. We are friendly and don't bite!

Welcome new people, Join teams, blog, join challenges, blog, be excited, blog. And did I mention: blog? The future fabulous you will want to look back at your journey and will want to encourage others!! When the excitement wanes (it WILL!!) put down your pom poms and lurk in the background, (but don't leave and don't do too much damage) and wait for the tide to turn...pick up your oars and keep rowing.
