hi all!! im back and doing well. I dbled my workout yesterday with two sessions of 30ds and today i ran 4.11 miles and did 30ds. I took my 8 week pics and I plan to post them tomorrow. Im not as far as i would like to be but who ever is, lol. Good thing is i have made some improvment so im happy about that. tomorrow is another dble workout and tomorrow also marks a week away from my trip. I know i wont be where i want to be by next week but the good news is that next week i will be closer to my goal than i am today so i will take it!!

yesterday was another non drink succesful day so im gonna keep on keeping on and pressing forward, happy sparking!!

    Nickie, you are about the closest to perfect that I can imagine! Your dedication to exercise is outstanding, too. I'm sure you are counting down to the day you leave for your VERY well-deserved vacation. I'm taking a trip to Florida for a walking goofing off for me, either!

    Non Drink Success? What's that about? LOL! If you're talking about drinking water... get it in. Its rough to get use to it but it can be done.
