I am still nursing my sore cafe but it is getting better. The worse time is when I am going down the stairs. I worked out with my trainer today and told her in advance about my cafe. She came up with a great workout.

Four sets of seven exercises: First set had 18 reps of each, then 15 reps, then 8, then 5 reps of each to finish.
What I did:

Alternating dumbbell swings
Sumo squats with lateral raises (8 lbs)
Plank with renegade rows
Medicine ball slams
Squats with upright row with kettlebell (not sure on the weight)
Skull crushers (18 lb bar)
Plank to alternating outside legs

That's 46 or each exercise if my math is correct. emoticon

Eating has been good. Yesterday wasn't great. I did some stress eating yesterday and went over my calories. Next week I have to weigh in for the challenge at work and I want to be at 4% lost to qualify for the Ipad drawing.
