Day 4 - Commit to Fit

This week has been good. I am making changes that will be able to keep in the long term. I have not had as much water as usual, and this is not normal for me. So I need to keep that in check.

My goals for the 6 week challenge:
1. Lose 10-12 lbs.
2. Make lifetime healthy habits (5 veggies/fruit a day & eat my weight watchers points). Have meet this so far this week, except for the veggies yesterday.
3. Exercise (either my DVD, Wii Fit or walking) 30 minutes every day. Have done this every day.
4. Make me time - Journal every day. I Have wrote in this or my paper journal ever day!

So far so good!
