Three Things

Amidst a stressful day I wanted to take some time to find at least three things about my day that I enjoyed or was grateful for...

Bootcamp in the morning. It feels good to be working hard again, and being done in the morning gives me an energized feeling all day that I enjoy.

Cuddly puppy. At first the dogs were getting in my face, which was starting to get frustrating. But I just made the bed up with fresh blankets for bed, and my pup is already warming it up for me and cuddling up to my cold feet. She can be so sweet. In the meanwhile, dog #2 is keeping watch by the front door (they trade roles by morning usually)

My honey called me. He went out of town (again) today, the third time is less than a month. I did just see him yesterday, but after such a stressful day today it was so soothing to hear his voice and chat for a bit. He's the best.

    Three things to be grateful for each day, I have gotten out of this habit. Thank you for the reminder, I will start doing this again too.
