I am very happy with today! Engry was good! got in all my excerise! eating went well. Tried protien powder after my work out! Was not hungry till supper! My plan is to have a loss on tuesday . Been 240 3 weeks in a row. I lost 10lbs within a 2 week span so I know my body is just trying to adjust. 90lbs is a big deal however I want to keep working and loss more Would love to see under 200lbs some day!!
