For some reason I keep thinking it's May. Weird!

I got up at 5:30 this morning so I could get in at least 30 minutes on my bike. I can't wait to weigh myself each morning either. Weird again!

I am teetering on 315 again. Here's hoping tomorrow brings 314 or lower! I wont be losing these 1-2 pounds each day forever. As I shrink it will be lots harder to lose it, but ya know what? I'll TAKE IT! :)

I am trying to talk myself into getting on my bike or treadmill for a few more minutes but I got to tell ya, my feet ache tonight. I worked 8:30 to 4:30 on my feet rushing around the pharmacy all day. Then shopped for 45 minutes after work. That helps burn those calories too though!

I made hamburger helper for supper, of which I didn't eat any. woot! I had a HUGE salad with lettuce, a roma tomato, a scattering of cheddar cheese, cucumber, fat free catalina, diced ham and holy gacomole. I didnt really want the ham but was out of turkey :(

The gacomole is my newest discovery. I really like the flavor it gives my salad. They say it's good for you too! Oh and a small spoonful of cottage cheese.

That's been my hump day.
