Decade Goal Reboot, Week 3 day 3

I ate over my calories yesterday but had no sugar and got in 6000 steps. Pretty soon I'm gonna have to distinguish between actual cardio exercise and simply being more active. For now, just being more active is a huge improvement for me so I'm gonna keep focusing on that. Busy today today so this is a short post.
Onward and Downward (I really really hope... I still want to weigh in and check...)
I can do this. I am worthy. I am nurturing my body.
