for the past 10 years, i have reviewed many diets and nutrition and healthy living books and websites. I am not an expert, and i don't have a degree yet to spout nutrition advice. however, i like to have the information from the different sites and books and such available to me when i want to refresh my memory. i haven't been on many of these diets for very long and i have given up quickly. so, i am not an expert with sticking with any one type of plan. since i like to have the info available, i write down things in a mini notebook. last i checked i was on like my 15th re-write. my DH, bless his heart, just looks at me when i get in these moods and shakes his head and/or chuckles. well, my DH considers me the expert on nutrition since i read so much about it. last night, he suggested i create a website that has all the information i have reviewed and let the public view it also. i told him there were already sites (probably in the millions by now) that have done the same thing. so, he says i should have a site where i can house all this information (instead of killing so many trees and not keeping the notebooks). i am thinking about a website, but i need opinions as to whether it is a good idea or i should kindly tell DH to keep his mouth shut. i know that i wouldn't be adding anything new to all the information out there.
BTW, here is my blog through google. if you are interested. it's just my opinion about nutrition and healthy living. i do make sure i stress that i am not an expert or certified in anything to give advice. LOL
