Day 17 - New Beginnings

Wednesday, April 17, 2013

Well, I have been told that it takes about 21 days to form new habits...therefore, I am four days away from forming new habits! emoticon

I have given up sodas, junk foods, chocolate chip cookies, and fast foods. emoticon I LOVE chocolate chip cookies!!!

Well, new beginnings have been made. I have successfully blogged every day, faithfully recorded my foods, able to drink all my water allotment, and did some attempt at excercising with the bad heel pain. emoticon However, I could be stretching... emoticon

Other new beginnings...

I picked up my graduation cap, hood, and gown yesterday! emoticon I applied for a new job too! I hope I get it!

Spring is a new beginning! emoticon

Losing weight is also a new beginning to a healthier me! emoticon

I hope each and every one of you have new beginnings! That is a cause for celebration! emoticon

Yay! Wow you are doing great. My daughter is just finishing up her masters program as well so I know how busy these last few weeks of school plus job hunting can be . It is so wonderful that you are taking the time to focus on taking care of yourself.

Hi Deborah, I think my favorite saying can help you "no one ever said you couldn't eat the candy bar they only said don't eat the whole thing in one setting!" Now this works for everything my point is if you cut all those things out I am afraid that when you get to your goal weight your going to eat all these things and way to many of them. Don't cut them out of your life just cut there portions! Good luck on your journey your doing great!!!
