Day 5

Phew today was hard! I was up early this morning to get ready, and had a lovely grapefruit citrus juice at 7am. I did took the ferry to Vancouver, diligently packing juice for the day. We got so caught up in our errands that I didn't get a chance to drink until 2pm. By then I was pretty grumpy, and tired. All I wanted to go on the ferry back was sleep.

I've found I am drinking less juice than before-and I have less appetite. I'm going to keep up the minimum 64 oz though, because I don't want to get deficient. I suffered from vitamin deficiency for over a year, and I'm not going back to that anytime soon.

On the plus side, I've lost 8 pounds total. That is the most weight I've ever lost in a week-if I lose anymore weight before Friday, I will have set a new record! I managed a walk around the ship during the voyage, but didn't get in any other exercise.

Looking forward to completing my first week.

    Thanks ladies :) I think I'm tired because its that time of the month... Hopefully I'll get my energy back up tomorrow. I'm having my last juice now-a bit later than usual, but we only got home a little while ago.

    Congrats on the weight loss!
    I will tell you that even if you are not hungry try to push the juices, because if you don't the weight loss part will stall. I know from my own experience, so try to push over 64 oz.

    8 pounds all ready! You are poised to out do me aren't you? LOL. congrats. I am rooting for you.

    Do make sure you drink your juice though. I am concerned that you are so tired. I have so much more energy than before. I had a bit of a low time Sunday morning or some reason, but even that wasn't that much.
