Decade Goal Reboot, Week 3 day 2

Ate very well yesterday, though under my calories. Then again, I was over the day before and it's the weekly average that matters so I'm sure it'll be fine. I had no sweets. I also walked 26 minutes yesterday afternoon, and then another 5 minutes at home before bedtime. That means I got 7500 steps in yesterday!!! YAY! I'm gonna see if I can get 7,500 each day this week as a stretch goal, with at least 5,000 every day. I'm working up to that 10,000 goal one of these days. But first, making 5,000 a day the habit and 7,500 the stretch goal.

As a note to myself, when I can walk like yesterday without my shins hurting, I'll possibly consider running. Right now, my lungs are stronger than my legs. When they're about equal, I'll consider adding running/jogging intervals.

I can do this. I am worthy. I am nurturing my body.
