Well...I've been a Spark member for a few years, but I've never been able to keep up with it. There are so many diets, programs, and apps out there. It looks like I've come full circle. I decided to delete and cancel memberships. Time to get serious with the Spark. I finally got one of my friends to join my gym, so more motivation to get going! I'll be doing a mud-run this weekend. So keep your fingers crossed for me! :)
