Greetings fellow Sparkers,
Many blessings have partaken these last week. I got my van back from the body shop. Wow, it looks great and rides nice. Like it wasn't even hit. Honda did a great job. My son, Jared, was cleared to go back to school today. He has been our from his surgery since January 7th and finally went back today.

Still going to physical therapy, going to see Neurologist on Wednesday and Orthopedic on Thursday. I know it's a pinch nerve and physical therapy isn't really helping. I need to go back to my chiropractor. But I have to follow what the lawyers and other docs say.

Oh yeah, here is one for ya....before the accident I was burning 3000 calories per week and eating right and healthy. I was 203 then the accident and had to stop all exercise which made me go up to 205. I know, once I stopped the exercise, I had to recalculate the calorie intake each day. So now I am not exercising, eating less and I dropped 5lbs...yes I said 5lbs. So now I am down to 200lbs. Hey I am good with that. I ask though, why bust my hump exercising every day to burn more calories if all I had to do is stop exercising and eat less..hmm any thought Sparkers?????
