Something i have to remind myself of.
I may not see it, but I AM changing.

Yesterdays Trainer Session
I have no idea what things are called but...you get the idea!
hack squat 3 sets of 15 with 20lbs
3 sets of 10 on each leg of runners lunges, onto the weird half ball squishy thing
then like a super wide leg squat with 35lb weight 3 sets of 15
3 sets of 20 super deep squats with the trx
3 sets of 20 side lunges with the trx
3 sets of 20 plie squats (thanks Jolene) with the trx
then regular lunges up and down the area we were in.
3X20 on each leg of these things. i had 1 foot up on a step and a 3lb medicine ball and you drive your other leg up and to the ball. like knee to ball
3x15 stability ball hamstring curls (thx again jo)
then 20 min on the bike, on hill settings on level 6
