Back to basics...

I fell off the wagon!

But I've managed to jump back on.

After much soul-searching and frustration in trying to follow various methods of weight-loss and not making much progress I am going back to the drawing board.

My absolute aim is to simply eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full and to find myself eventually at a healthy weight but currently this doesn't seem to be happening so I am going to break with convention and eat only raw fruit and veg during the day and then to have a satisfying evening meal with my family. I am aiming for quite low calorie intake - 1000 to 1500 max until I am more active.

I used to BMX a lot but mainly I used to rave all weekend both of which don't exactly go hand in hand with my life as a mother of 2 young children!

Time to get real!

I joined a healthy eating club at my daughter's nursery and during the first session today they will be taking our weight and measurements which is lovely for my healthy little daughter :) I can't say I am looking forward to it much however!
