My most common excuse to not work out is to trick myself into thinking I'll exercise later. Never happens. I just have to do it. I did make an adjustment to my expectations about how frequently I exercise. My current schedule really allows me to exercise 4 days a week, with the knowledge that in June I can add an extra day. So on those 4 days, I really have to not allow excuses to creep in.
