I began taking my health seriously at the beginning of August 2012. I always knew the importance of being healthy, and not eating things that were absolutely terrible. Being a curvy girl is something that I really enjoy about my figure. I like that I appear to be very womanly, and this lifestyle improvement will only enhance my assets. I am now at the point in my life where I want to improve my quality of life by toning my body while keeping my womanly figure.
Since I began my health voyage I have lost around 30 lbs, and several inches. I feel absolutely fantastic about the progress that I have made, fitting into clothes differently-and my skin seems to glow. Something that I have done differently is to buy primarily organic products. I read this book called Skinny Bitch. It is absolutely refreshing and straight forward about making lifestyle changes to help with progress. It could come across to some as being a little, in your face, I suppose-but sometimes the truth is tough to handle.
I just upped my workout last week from 4 days a week to 6 days a week. I began the training program for the couch to 5k run-and I feel fantastic. I designed my workout plan to alternate between weight lifting three days, and running three days. I feel that this will be extremely successful for me. :D
