It's Monday. A new week. I try to think of this weight loss journey in terms a week. Just accomplishing each week is my goal. If I think of all the months I have left, I get frustrated. But if I think of each week individually, I find that it helps with my motivation. "I can do a week", I say each week. I'm going to try to lose two pounds this week. Here it goes.
