Day 2 of Spark Coach

Monday, April 15, 2013

We had one of our occasional nights of nap / drive / nap on our way to Florida which is one of my challenges. My husband has been a driver for almost 40 years and when he starts to get sleepy he is smart enough to stop and sleep. (The government is trying to make that impossible by the way!!! How ridiculous to dictate to ANYONE how much they will sleep and when. emoticon) We slept a few hours and I ate my dinner at 11pm but I did eat it. More driving until the wee hours and a late breakfast and late lunch. Max said we will have time to walk in a nice area today and I will have time to do a 15 minute workout before my shower.. We will pick up fresh produce in Florida at the state market, too. emoticon

Note to salad fans: We got a 2 pound bag of ready to eat romaine at SAM's for $2.99!

Once I get a couple days in of eating well I am not hungry all the time which is a huge bonus. emoticon Like many Sparkers, as a medically diagnosed hypoglycemic, sugar is a sure trigger for me and once I cut it out I no longer crave it.

I hope you are all having a spiffy SparkDay!! emoticon emoticon
