Back to Bootcamp and I did OK> couldn't run but did what I could. Only a few thing I couldn't do lunges really sucked but I could do modified squats. OH and mountain clibers were a definate no no. WOW it hurt. WE did boxing drills and it was wonderful,
Journaling and staying focused.
