Decade Goal Reboot, Week 3 Day 1

I've had no sugar/sweets 12 of the last 14 days. I've gotten in at least 5000 steps 7 of the last 9 days (most of the time that means I exercised, but it at least means I was overall more active that day). I've stayed within my calorie range (or only been about 25 over) for 11 of the last 14 days.
I am starting to feel a bit better, less tired, a little more energy, a bit more cheerful. I'm noticing when I don't eat vegetables, or when I eat fried foods, that I don't feel as good and my digestion isn't as happy. So I made food last night so I'd have healthy lunches ALL WEEK this week. I'm all set for that. :) I still want to hop on the scale to see if I've lost weight, but then again, I'm almost afraid that I'm not doing enough so I won't see any difference and I'd just be disappointed.
SO this week the work is keep up the healthy eating, the no sugar, and make sure I get in the exercise. And really focus on how I'm feeling. I want to feel better, and I'm starting to. So I'm gonna keep that up and pay attention to that and see if I can stop wishing to see more progress sooner.
I can do this. I am worth it. I am nurturing my body.
