What is wrong with me??

Chips, candy and soda are bad for me . . .and I keep buying them. The reason I like my Mountain Dew is because I need the energy to get through the day. But it's also not good for me . . .and yet I like it too much to give up.

    Try just giving up 1-2 things at a time & see if that will help. Those small successes are empowering.

    you know its bad.... and you know why you like it.. that is the first step in beating that!

    Your body is craving bad things and are addicted to the baaaaaad sugars... it was a very hard thing for me to break too as I was a bad addict on junk food and pop myself.. I can't stand the taste of it now... start by making goals like you can quit cold turkey, or if you know you will revert just cut back a couple times a week then the next week only limit yourself to once a week.. then after a while go to every other week..

    I had to slowwwwwwwwwly cut back on mine like that.. cold turkey just made me want it more.. as Slow said.. there's caffeine and those bad headache rebounds, but you will have tons more energy more than drinking that.. I promise you that as well...

    once your body adjust to the good stuff they will automatically reject the bad stuff.. then you will be like WHOA what happened to my taste hahaha

    Once you finally decide to give up the Mountain Dew, you'll be surprised how much energy you have naturally! You have a hump to get over (the gawd awful "caffeine withdrawal headache" but once that's done, it's all downhill). Do it! You'll be better for it. I was a Pepsi addict, so I get it.
