Starting over (again)

After closing in on my all time high (1 pound shy), I have been unhappy and uncomfortable. The last year and a half with a full time job and returning to school for my MBA have contributed to the weight gain. I had a 3 week break from school and have lost 6 pounds, but school starts again on Wednesday. Only 6 more weeks!
I am taking baby steps again - drinking water, starting back on the treadmill for 20 minutes each morning, and cutting out candy and cookies (a big issue for me). Not eating a candy bar on school nights will be tough and getting up at 3:45 am to hit the treadmill will be rough after school.
I am feeling very motivated right now and I hope that I don't lose this energy once I start school again. When I have time to Spark more, it definitely makes the difference!
