15 Day Streak - Breaking away from Fast Break

Today is day 15. I've tracked my food and exercise and learned a lot about my habits and inclinations in the process. I've noticed that I will refrain from popping something into my mouth if it means I have to stop and go to my tracker.
Tracking has not only helped me to reduce my intake, but to make wiser choice of what I do eat. The nutrition report is a great way to see what I need to eat to get my nutrients to target for the day. I'm loving it.
I've finished Fast Break so I'm anxious to see what comes next. I have lost 3 pounds, which isn't exactly going to put me on the cover of a magazine as a weight loss phenomenon, but I am so pleased with how much better I feel. More energy, better attitude, and I'm setting a good example for my kids.
On top of that, I am really enjoying meeting like-minded people on the team boards. The encouragement is so very helpful and appreciated.
