Hi everyone again,
So I have a question. One that i really can't seem to figure out. So as some of you know I have been doing elliptical for 2 weeks. i stay around the same speed and resistance. The issue I'm having is that 10 minutes in I'm struggling. I elliptical for 30 minutes and before it was hard but easy. Now its a struggle and it's not mental but my body screams at me. Has this ever happened to anyone? It's annoying really but I push through it. It's not just my second workout for the day but my morning one too. All I can think of is it Drives Me Crazy!!!
So anyone ever have this setback, if you can really call it that?
