exercise setback?

Hi everyone again,

So I have a question. One that i really can't seem to figure out. So as some of you know I have been doing elliptical for 2 weeks. i stay around the same speed and resistance. The issue I'm having is that 10 minutes in I'm struggling. I elliptical for 30 minutes and before it was hard but easy. Now its a struggle and it's not mental but my body screams at me. Has this ever happened to anyone? It's annoying really but I push through it. It's not just my second workout for the day but my morning one too. All I can think of is it Drives Me Crazy!!!

So anyone ever have this setback, if you can really call it that?

    I have days like that! I don't think it's a set back, I think ADZY is likely right, you body perhaps needs a break, can you mix up your routine with something a bit different for a day or two? maybe some brisk walking or bike riding?

    I think that sometimes it's just your body telling you that it needs a break. This happens to me sometimes if I don't leave enough time in between my runs. One day it can be so easy and almost effortless; other days it can feel like a struggle from the first minute. Maybe change it up, find another exercise to do for a couple of days and then get right back on it. emoticon
