phase 1 complete, now on to phase 2!

I started this journey as a new years resolution to be healthy, stay fit, and feel great. I charted my progress both here and at home. My plan for phase 1 was to lose 30 lbs. in 15 weeks. Well, 15 weeks was up yesterday and the scale said 152. As I started out at 176, I was only 6 lbs. away from my goal, which I am very pleased with. I achieved this great feat by logging my food in sparks tracker (1200-1400 calories) and keeping up my exercise every other day with 30 to 90 min routines.
Now I am on a new plan, Phase 2, 10 pounds in 12 weeks.tone up and begin maintenance.
