I worked my butt off last week. Insanity workout videos, Zumba, walking, jogging,roller skating and other things in between. I was one fitness queen-I was on a mission.
Yesterday was a reality check for me
because when I went to weigh myself, I just knew that I was going to have a good number because I had burned off lots of calories, but when I stepped onto the scale
and I only dropped down .4lbs.
I was very disappointed. --Now I understand how the contestants on the Biggest Loser feels when their numbers are low after all that hard work.
I really had to think about why I am starting to slow down.
I've come to conclusion that I really need to understand that
I am gaining muscle from the workouts that i am doing.
I also know that last week I didn't drink enough water or eat enough carbs/protein and
didn't get the proper rest.
I know I'm doing the right thing because I am losing.
The size of the clothes that I can get into now, the compliments from others
and how I am feeling proves that I am on the right track.
I am confident that I'll have better results next week
because I'm starting the week off right...
Today I started off with 32 oz. cup of water and did my Insanity all before 7 am..
I'm determine to have a better week.
I won't get upset-I'll just accept and keep moving...
