It's been quite a few weeks since I started my Dukan journey. I made it through the attack phase -- only had to do 4 days. I am now in the cruise phase - just eating protein and veggies. Of course, I have modified to fit my lifestyle. There are just days that I cannot eat pure protein and add veggies. But it is all good, I am focused and have avoided all my trigger foods -- bread and chocolate in particular. I don't find that I am restricted in the sense that I can still go out to dinner and eat within my parameters of the diet. I just have 5 more pounds to go before I move on and start adding back foods. My biggest motivation is my smaller wardrobe. I am weeding out my bigger clothes and trying on my medium clothes. I am probably going to get rid of the small size because in all actuality I don't look good in the smallest size I have. Funny thing is everyday I think I can't do this any more and I am just going to eat something that I shouldn't, I don't. I grab a yogurt instead and I am satisfied. Of course that part of the motivation is a direct benefit of Spark Coach. Bottom line, I feel good, I don't dread getting dressed in the morning and I can lose the last 5!!!!!

    I am in the exact same spot. Just 5 more but I will continue to build my flabby muscles and inner strength! emoticon emoticon
