With every victory - I feel stronger. Waking up this morning after not giving in to the alcohol temptation that comes so easily on the weekends when we think 'it's the weekend - I'm due for some R & R and unwinding'... well that mentality for me is what has to change in order to achieve my goals.
While I did not remain in my calorie range I still feel as though yesterday was a success! Today's plan - to workout this morning and more later too. I also want to plan my week to set my goals for the week ahead to add to the AF goal and schedule 3 to 4 ST workouts and walking or some form of cardio 4 to 5 times this week.
I'm going to enjoy a peaceful day of cleaning, decluttering as well... and some may think I'm crazy but honestly the process of doing this is so therapeutic. As I work to shed the weight - I am doing so in cleaning house and ridding myself of the extra 'stuff' that no longer serves me.
I may try another new recipe - as Asparagus is in season, I'm going to make a nice Asparagus, chick pea salad - with some of my own variations.
I am going to be the Master today of my choices... and the beneficiary of them as well! Happy Sunday SP Friends!
