Training end of the week review

This week I have gotten on the bike and ridden a few times- this week I have done a 2 mile hill ride and a 5 mile off path ride. Both have gone well. Tomorrow, I will be putting in a longer ride.
I have been working out daily in the AM and PM. I have been stretching and getting in some better sleep! I am looking forward to measuring tomorrow and getting in a walk, bike ride, and other workouts!
Outside of training, I have been given the promise to leave my current position at the end of the year for a new position with less stress! I can't wait for that :) YAY!
