My BLC Break Plan - concise!

Saturday, April 13, 2013

I am not a details person...... my plan is The Plan, to keep working away at finding out what I react to. I am seeing a specialist this Firday re my hip, and depending on his advice will ease back into exercise. I am absolutely determined to lose the weight this time, there are no excuses, no delays, it has to happen this year. I have the time, I must use it wisely.
I would love to have lost another 10lbs by the time BLC22 starts.

I love the Plan. I started it in January and I'm down the 10 pounds I wanted to lose PLUS another 6! I found that wheat is my biggest "fail" and as long as I stay away from that I'm doing fine.
    Good luck wit the hip!

Good for you looking to move back into exercise. Do you need hip replacement? After hip replacement my friend goes to an exercise class where everything is done from the "comfort" of a kitchen style chair. I was shattered first time I was free to go along with her
