Not perfect, but getting there

I mentioned last week that my goal for the month is to each week beat my running mileage from the corresponding week in March. This week I did beat my goal of 5.44 miles, but I did it by going on one 5.85 mile run this morning. That's not the kind of balance I'm looking to achieve. Expanding beyond running, my last workout was on Sunday. I'm doing a terrible job of working out during the week! I kept making excuses morning after morning, night after night. This coming week I need to have some discipline.
