Turning over a new leaf -- again! BACK to tracking! One step forward and two steps back is what I've been doing -- and backsliding while doing it! Must measure! Every time! Must buy fresh fruits and vegetables and low fat foods! Must REMEMBER what you did to get here so you can remind yourself how and what you've done! MUST focus on exercise -- daily is best, but at least 4-5 times per week is fine! JUST DO IT SISTER!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon
