Week in review and new rotation

What a week! Every day felt like it was a whole week long. My goodness. Its my low intensity week. I try to focus on lower intensity at least once every four weeks.

Here is the workouts I did:

Sunday: Rest
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Liquid Grooves
Wednesday: Belly Dancing
Thursday: Hip Hop Cardio
Friday: Tantric Toning (Tai Chi/Yoga)
Saturday: ??

I am pleased to report that I have had a successful eating day. I ate all home cooked food. I took a cooler. I ate my food while my companion had Arby's. Not the easiest of things, but I was satisfied with my own eats. Yeah me! I just have to remain focused on doing that more often. Now I need to reduce my bread intake, increase my fat intake, start getting those longer cardio sessions, and add yoga every other night.

Saturday: (tomorrow)

Monday: Petra Kolber's 10 min. Belly Fat (all 5 segments); Gary Bromley Yoga emoticon
Tuesday: Kathy Smith Cardio Knockout emoticon ; Shiva Rea Beg. Yoga (35 min. first half)
Wednesday: emoticon
Thursday: Cathe Step Moves emoticon + 10 min. Kathy Smith Tummy trimmers emoticon
Friday: Run emoticon /walk emoticon + Shiva Rea Beg. emoticon Yoga (35 min. second half).
Saturday: Rest (Orchid emoticon festival!)
