Decade Goal Reboot, Day 12

Just a quick update today. Walked yesterday and went to Pilates, haven't walked yet today and not sure when I'll squeeze it in but I have to since I've had 2 days off this week already.

Still wishing for some other way to notice immediate feedback now that I'm not weighing. I can't tell if I'm down a little tiny bit or not. It doesn't feel like much. But then, I know it takes something like 10 pounds before I could really start to tell. So even if I'm managing that miraculous 2 pounds a week, I won't hit that for another 2-3 weeks. So I guess just keep doing what I"m doing with eating within my calories, no sweets, trying not to have fried stuff, and trying to exercise 20 minutes a day 5 days a week. Even if that exercise is only walking, it's more than I was doing before.

Onward and downward. I hope.
