April 12th, Rest Day - It's Working

So, my plans to try my running endurance today failed.

I didn't do anything this morning.

I decided not to go again this morning, primarily because my leg still felt sensitive. After not going yesterday, my leg actually felt TIGHTER, and then last night, every time my husband would put his leg against mine, it would send shocks, or something, all along the muscle. In short, it hurt to get poked in the calf!

So, I didn't go. I don't feel bad about it. My leg is actually pretty fine now, I'm thinking of going tomorrow morning if I don't end up sleeping in. ;)

Worse comes to worse, I'll do the running endurance on Monday. Something tells me I'm going to be tempted to sleep in on Sunday, as well!

    Well that doesn't sound good if it keeps giving you pain you may want to go to doctors Be safe with that leg
