Yesterday was ok - forced myself to do a cardio workout - 30 minutes on the elliptical. Afterwards, so glad I did!
Today is a rest day - well, a rest from traditional exercise. I clean house on Friday's, so that's my exercise.
Had a really rough night last night. Was sleeping great, then suddenly woke up with stomach cramping. ??? Not sure what caused that. Finally was able to get back to sleep after two hours.
Will be eating healthy today; especially snacks! Loving the red grapes I bought!
