Super Busy Week

I have been super busy this week- right now I should be working on another project but took a break to write this blog
Although it's Friday- I have to be at work at 6:30 am tomorrow to help with our annual Walk Against Hunger Run! So that means 5 am wake up call for me.
I have decided to modify my workout plan for April. My original plan was to follow Hip Hop Abs workout schedule along with 30 Day Shred and Sundress Challenge.
Well Week 2 of the Hip Hop Abs workout schedule consist of combining 2 videos which is about an hour of cardio- I don't have a problem doing them but I just don't have the time
My workout schedule is laid out like this- Sundress Challenge while my son eats his breakfast (6 am)
30 DS after he leaves for school (7 am)
and then Hip Hop Abs when I get home from work before dinner (6 pm)-
Since time in the evening is a factor for me I have just modified the workout schedule to fit mine. One the DVD's has a workout called Cardio Burn (which was a bonus workout and not on the schedule) so I have done that in place of the 2 workouts. Cardio Burn is 40 min so I figure that is pretty good replacement.
Also I did not do Hip Hop Abs or 30 DS on Sunday but I did do my Sundress Challenge- I needed a break
Last week the scale had me up and now this week I am down
. I have noticed more definition in my arms and legs, plus my waist is more defined
I started Level 2 of the 30 DS yesterday & it is kicking my butt! I am determined to stick with it since I promised it to a friend who is trying to lose her baby weight. So before I give to her I have to FINALLY make it through all 3 Levels
